REFUND AND RETURN POLICY FOR Vi DERM

 Vi Derm  products are guaranteed by our refund policy. If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, you may return the unused product to us within 30 days to receive a refund of the item price, minus the restocking fee.

What is NOT refunded?
1. The shipping cost you paid
2. A restocking fee of 20% of your order.
You are not refunded the amount of the shipping, and you are not refunded a restocking fee, of 20% of your order. The restocking fee is in place to prevent "refund abuse", and is non negotiable.

The procedure for getting a refund is as follows:
1. Please email us at customerservice@vidermskin.com and tell them why you are requesting the refund.  At this point you will receive verification and confirmation that your refund is being requested within the 30 day period.

2. After getting your email confirmation of compliance with the return time period, ship back ALL remaining product, including all bottles and boxes, along with your name, phone number, email address, and address, and the ORDER NUMBER for which you are requesting the refund to:

3. Wait for us to receive your package, and within the next billing period of your credit card, we will refund you according to the policies above.
